Returns/ Refunds.  Due to the nature of these personal care goods unfortunately there are no returns or refunds on purchases. If you wish to cancel your order please email info@thenailcrypt.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

If an order is unable to be fulfilled for any reason you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and notified. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 Damages and Issues. Upon delivery please inspect product and send photos within 24 hours upon arrival, with description of damages or defect or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it immediately.

Wrong size ordered. The Nail Crypt is not responsible if you have ordered the incorrect size. We strongly encourage ordering a size kit to ensue proper fit, or view our at home sizing guide. Size kits are free with your first order.
